Thanks much for bringing this to my/our attention.

Abu Hamid Ibn Marzuq rahimahullah gives the full text in Bara'a al-Ash`ariyyin Min `Aqa'id al-Mukhalifin.

The date should be 705 though, not 750. Wassalam.
